Who Exactly is Dennis Van Outen?
Denise Kathleen Outton was born in Basildon, Essex, England, she has a brother, Terry, and a sister, Jackie. He claims that his ancestors “are all Dutch”, which is why he added “van” to his name. At the age of seven, she began modeling for knitting patterns and showed an early talent for performing. As a result, she got admission into the Sylvia Young Theater School.
In 1986, she played the role of young Éponine in a production of Les Misérables in Stop the World – I Want to Get Off and A Midsummer Night’s Dream directed by Anthony Newley with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Denise Van Outen is an English actress, singer, dancer and presenter. She played Roxie Hart in The Big Breakfast Presentation, the musical Chicago in both the West End and Broadway, and played runner-up R.I.V. in the student series of the BBC One dancing show Strictly Come Dancing.
He appeared in Any Dream Will Do in 2007, Born to Shine in 2011, and Judge Wall in Gotrasby in Ireland, which ran for two seasons (2018–2019). Van Outen also narrates the ITVBe reality television series The Only Way Is Essex.
