Ravichandran Ashwin Indian Cricketer

Ashwin was born on 17 September 1986 in a Tamil family. He lives in West Mambalam, Chennai. He did his schooling from Padma Sheshadri Bala Bhavan and St. Bede’s. He attended SSN College of Engineering and graduated with a B.Tech in Information Technology. Ravichandran Ashwin is an Indian cricket player who is known for both bowling and batting. Like Anil Kumble, Ravichandran Ashwin also left his engineering studies and gave priority to making a career in cricket.

2021 Ashwin has become the second fastest bowler in the world to take 400 wickets. He has achieved this position in the Pink Ball Test against England. Ashwin has achieved this feat in the 77th test.

Ravichandran Ashwin is the first player to be out (retired out) in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Ashwin was bought by Rajasthan Royals in the 2022 IPL for Rs 5 crore. Ashwin was earlier competing for Delhi.

In the 2022 IPL, Ravichandran Ashwin scored the first half-century of his IPL career against Delhi Capitals. With this half-century, a special record was also created, he has also become the second player in IPL history to score his first half-century after the maximum number of innings.
