Qinwen Zheng Chinese Tennis Player
Zheng was born in Xi’an, Hubei. Until the age of three, he spent time at his maternal grandmother’s house in Chengdu, Sichuan, where his mother was born. Zheng started playing tennis at the age of seven. Two months later, eight-year-old Zheng left his family in Xi’an to train in Wuhan. About three years later, she moved to Beijing to train with Carlos Rodriguez, the former coach of Zheng’s idol Li Na, and then moved to Barcelona (Spain) with her mother in 2019. He began working with coach Pere Riba in 2021.
Zheng Qianwen is a Chinese professional tennis player. She won the gold medal in women’s singles at the 2024 Paris Olympics, making her the first Asian tennis player to win an Olympic gold in singles. Be it a man or woman.
