Kalyan Chaubey
Choubey is from Kolkata, West Bengal. Kalyan Choubey is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party and a former professional football goalkeeper. He is the current president of the All India Football Federation.
Choubey graduated from Tata Football Academy in 1995. He played as a goalkeeper and won the “Indian Goalkeeper of the Year” award in 1997–98 and 2001–02. He was a member of the Indian team at the Under-17 Asian Youth Championship in Iran in 1994 and the Under-20 Asian Youth Championship in South Korea in 1996 and was a member of the India national team from 1999 to 2006.
