Job Description
As a Sales Manager-International, you will be responsible for Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
What you need to do:
● Brief understanding of the international market and prospective buyers.
● Should have a solid understanding of buyers and sellers and should come up with
his/her own set of clients and also work with our existing buyers effectively.
● Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and operational
efficiency.
● Robust ability to establish partner relationships, source new suppliers, effectively
present customer designs, and lead teams.Research Industries and identify potential
customers for the respective verticals and collect contact details of decision makers.
● Participate in client meetings, make presentations, create proposals, and help to close
the sale.
● Steer rapid executing skills from initial concept building to business growth ensuring
customer satisfaction.
● Process-oriented with an ability to handle multiple projects, acquiring new
categories at competitive price points.
● Handling overall sales and operations functions.
● Strong attention to detail and dexterity in adding value, and brainstorming with cross-functional teams for innovative ways for revenue generation.
● Run a lead generation process on identified customers through email, LinkedIn, and
cold calls to create interest generate leads, and set up appointments.
● Lead Generation – Ability to research through various sources to identify target
customers and generate a contacts database.
● Customer Communication – Ability to create email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns for
effective business development.
What you need to have:
● 7-10 years of relevant experience in Client Facing Sales/Business Development
Profiles.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
● Have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with external
clients as well as internal stakeholders.
● Must possess intense customer focus.
● Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results along with the hustler
attitude.
