Jack Draper British Tennis Player
Draper was born in Sutton, London, and grew up in nearby Ashtead, Surrey. His father is Roger Draper, former chief executive of Sport England and the Lawn Tennis Association, and his mother is Nicky Draper, a former junior British tennis champion. Draper attended Parkside School in Stoke D’Abernon, Cobham from the age of four to eleven, while being coached by Justin Sherring. He then attended Reed’s School, Cobham for two years.
Draper reached her first and only junior Grand Slam final at the 2018 Wimbledon Championships, where she lost to Tseng Chun-hsin in three sets. She finished the year with a career-best junior ranking of 7th. Jack Alexander Draper is a British professional tennis player. He is ranked world No. 20 in singles by the ATP, which he achieved on 9 September 2024, and his doubles ranking peaked at No. 477 on 14 February 2022. Draper has won one title on the ATP Tour at the 2024 Stuttgart Open.
His best performance in a major was in the semi-finals of the 2024 US Open. He has also won five titles on the ATP Challenger Tour and seven titles on the ITF Tour. As a junior, Draper was runner-up in her first and only major final at the 2018 Wimbledon Championships and ended the year with her top junior ranking of world No. 7.
