Data Analyst – Business Resilience
What we Offer –
You will be expected to work closely with the stakeholders in the GSCs and will be reporting to Manager- Global Business Resilience, GSC this role will be based in Pune, and be part of the GSC business resilience team.
This role requires collaboration with the GSC functional, GSC site as well as corporate business resilience team. Within your area of responsibility, you will have three primary focus areas:
Internal Stakeholders: You will support Internal stakeholders while always working to strengthen the value proposition toward our customers by continuously developing and expanding GSC business resilience.
Data Analytics and Presentation: You would be required to review and revise historical records of business resilience processes and with an analytical mindset formulate the continual improvement plan for BR. Using the analysis and other information make dashboards/reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Business: Your role would support the BR team in driving the coordination and implementation of business resilience activities across the organization and set standards for business resilience through the Commit rule & International standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Data analysis and presentation of improvement plans.
· Global Business resilience compliance report preparation.
· Coordinate with the GRC team and regional BR on Archer.
· Governance and assurance of business resilience framework & documentation in line with Industry best practices and standards.
· Help internal audit teams in preparing audit reports and recommendations/mitigation measures to senior management.
· Monitor closure of action plans resulting from assurance activities within the allocated area of responsibility.
· Maintain crisis log and post-incident/ crisis report creation & presentation to senior management.
· Monitor the alerts /news and ensure communications are in place for advising all stakeholders of a critical situation that may have a potential impact on the operations.
· Be dedicated to teamwork and leadership by fostering an efficient, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Certification
· BTech/BBA/MBA/PGD in Business degree.
· Any ISO certification (desirable)
· Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
Experience
- 2-4 years of analytic and data handling experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in working on Leadership Reports is also good for having experience in governance and assurance
Language
· The position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.

· Can work with multiple tasks within the timeline.
· Good time management skills and a high sense of urgency.

· Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with a focus on driving results through others.
· Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power BI, and Data Presentation through Graphs.
