Ayhika Mukherjee Indian Table Tennis Player
Sutirtha Mukherjee and Ayahika Mukherjee reached the women’s doubles final at WTT Contenders Muscat 2022. The pair won their first WTT title at WTT Contenders Tunis 2023 by defeating Shin Yu-bin and Jeon Ji-hee in the semi-finals and then defeated Miyu. Kihara and Miwa Harimoto in the final.
At the 2022 Asian Games, they defeated Chinese champions Chen Meng and Wang Yidi in the quarterfinals, before losing to North Korea’s Cha Su-Yong and Pak Su-Yong to clinch a historic bronze medal for India.
Ayhika Mukherjee is an Indian table tennis player from Naihati, West Bengal. She was part of the Indian team for the 2018 Asian Games and 2022 Asian Games. She along with Sutirtha Mukherjee won a bronze medal for India in women’s doubles table tennis at the Asian Games.
