Apart from this, he took 48 wickets in 10 matches in the 2013-14 Ranji Trophy at a bowling average of 20.81.
Shardul Thakur is a player of the Indian cricket team who plays domestic cricket for Mumbai. He is the 218th player of the Indian international cricket team to play first-class cricket. This time in the mega auction of IPL 2022, Delhi Capitals has bought Shardul Thakur by paying Rs 10.75 crore.
Shardul Thakur will play for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL). The all-rounder was a part of the CSK team from 2018 to 2021 and was bought back for Rs 4 crore.
